When will my order be delivered?

If you want your order to be delivered in The Netherlands the next day order before 19:30. Delivery time for international order vary from 2 - 10 days.

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Bruut, and thus cannot be refunded.

I would like to exchange my product?

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange your order. To get a new product, please return your order to get refunded and place a new order with the desired item(s).

I would like to return my product?

You can easily exchange your product within 30 days after delivery. You can create a return by creating a Bruut account here with the e-mail address from your purchase. Then go to your account and submit a return. Shipping fee is on behalf of the customer.

I never received my package?

Through your Track & Trace number you can see where your package is in real time. If you have not received an email with your Track & Trace number or if the number is incorrect, please contact us and we will do our best to see where the package is located.

Can I exchange my order from the online shop in the store?

You can return your order from the online shop in the store. Keep in mind that you will not receive money directly, but instead it'll be paid by bank transfer. You can also exchange your online order at the store. 

Can I pick up my order from the online shop in the store?

Yes, you can indicate during the buying process that you will pick up the package in the store. The order must be picked up within two weeks of purchase.

I have received the wrong product?

Of course you can return the product. The postage will be reimbursed by Bruut. You can create return via "my account". Pay attention though that you have to make sure that you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you want to return the product.

I have given the wrong delivery address?

Always check your information at checkout. If something went wrong please get in touch with us by mail or telephone right away. Once you've had a shipment confirmation we can not change it anymore and we still have to wait until the package is back with us.

Do you deliver including weekends?

Depending on the carrier and the date of purchase, orders can be delivered on Saturday. Please, refer to the Track & Trace lin in your confirmation email to know the exact date of delivery.
